At Floura Health Care we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our patients.  Floura Health Care do not sell, rent or trade any personal information with other companies or businesses for marketing purposes.  We keep your information for a minimum of 8 years as recommended by the General Osteopathic Council.  You are entitled to view, amend or delete the personal information that we hold.  Please email any requests or to view the full Privacy Policy to info@flourahealthcare.com for the attention of Alison Floura. 

We have recently been made aware that a number of therapists are claiming association and referral recommendation from Kiran.  Please note that as we see such a high volume patients there is an inevitable crossover of people, however, Kiran only recommends the practitioners here at Floura Health Care or the therapists listed on this website.  If you are unsure please call Ali to check.  Thank you.

We endeavour to offer every patient the earliest available appointment when calling but, due to the existing waiting lists, this sometimes can mean a delay.  We do have provision for emergency cases however, on occasion, the extra appointments for that day/week may be filled.  We therefore run a cancellation list and patients are contacted as soon as an appointment becomes available. 

We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment.  If that happens we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
