We endeavour to offer every patient the earliest available appointment when calling but, due to the existing waiting lists, this sometimes can mean a
delay. We do have provision for emergency cases however, on occasion, the extra appointments for that day/week may be filled. We therefore run a cancellation list and patients are
contacted as soon as an appointment becomes available.
We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment. If that happens we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be cancelled at least 24 hours in
advance.
